Imagine a burger on a stick, but a whole lot yummier. The delicious Lebanese dish kafta (sometimes called ‘kofta’ or 'kefta') is made of finely-minced lamb, flavoured with onions, parsley and spices, then pressed onto skewers and chargrilled. It’s great with pitta bread, salad and mint yoghurt. And any dish that laughs in the face of the Spelling Police gets the thumbs-up from us.
